Tom Bilborough

FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

Tom began his career in London at a young age, jumping straight into the IT and SaaS world. Starting at the bottom for inside-sales, he hit the ground running and soon became a valued employee for Alternative Networks Plc due to his knowledge of the service and product. Fast forward a few years, Tom was headhunted by a tech start-up to join the sales team. YouWrk was born when Tom decided that he wanted to tackle the recruitment industry in the UK and make it more accessible for everyone. His aim for YouWrk is to completely disrupt the recruitment industry by streamlining Employers' access to the best possible candidates in their local area.

Aidan Jackson

MARKETING CONSULTANT

Aidan has 30 years' experience working in agency and in-house roles throughout the UK and internationally for a wide range of B2B and consumer companies. Most recently, Aidan was group marketing director for the UK's leading home improvement component distributor, PWS. Aidan specialises in brand development and marketing communications strategies.

Chris Ingram

NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Chris has over 30 years of experience in the industry, during which time he has been co-founder of several successful businesses and more latterly co-created and built the printing company YMGroup Ltd. He was responsible for the merger and acquisition strategy which has made YM Group one of the largest printing businesses in the UK. Chris is also a shareholder/investor in a number of other businesses, ranging from tech fledgling companies to property developers.
